Castelnuovo Berardenga (SI), July 2025 – We are proud to announce that Vallepicciola has been ranked among the Top 5 Chianti Classico wineries by average score in the latest tasting by Antonio Galloni for Vinous, one of the world’s most influential wine publications — a significant recognition of the quality and consistency of our work.

Leading the results is our 2022 Quercegrosse, our 100% Merlot that received 95 points, described by Galloni as “inky, dark and explosive, with terrific vibrancy”. One of our most compelling expressions, it anchors a red wine portfolio that performed exceptionally across the board.

These achievements strengthen our commitment to our philosophy: elevating each grape variety through a contemporary, elegant and authentic interpretation of our terroir.
